A. Hinged Door Hardware Series
Suitable for small to medium-sized cold stores and walk-in freezers. The core lies in balancing ‘pressure-activated sealing’ with ‘effortless opening’.
Safety Latch / Lock:
Design Philosophy: ‘External Locking, Internal Opening’. Even when externally locked (padlocked), personnel inside can easily force the door open by striking the internal luminous push rod.
Features: Cast from high-strength zinc alloy or stainless steel, tested to 500,000 fatigue cycles.
Cam-Lift Hinge:
Functionality: Unique cam mechanism design. When the door opens, the hinge lifts the door body upwards (approximately 10-15mm), disengaging the bottom seal from the floor; Upon closing, gravity presses it firmly into place.
Advantages: Significantly extends bottom seal lifespan, reduces friction resistance, and ensures tighter closure.
B. Sliding Door Hardware Series
Suitable for large cold stores with frequent forklift access. Core feature: ‘Drop-down Sealing’ technology.
Heavy Duty Track / Rail:
Features thickened aluminium alloy or stainless steel guide rails with a unique drop-down notch design. As the door travels to the closed position, the roller drops into the notch, simultaneously moving the door panel downward and toward the frame to achieve an airtight seal.
Silent Roller Assembly:
Features nylon or polyurethane-coated wheels with integrated self-lubricating bearings. Offers high load capacity (single panel supports 300kg+), remains flexible and crack-resistant at low temperatures, ensuring quiet and smooth operation.
Guide & Stopper:
Ensure that the door remains on track and does not sway during high-speed operation, preventing the risk of detachment caused by forklift collisions.
