2. Core Categories and Key Components

A. Door Hardware System
These components see the highest usage frequency, directly impacting the cold store's seal integrity and door operation feel.
Safety Latch / Handle: Even when locked, personnel inside can effortlessly open the door via an internal push rod, complying with safety regulations to prevent entrapment.
Cam-Lift Hinge: Features a ‘lift-to-open, press-to-close’ mechanism. When opening, the door automatically lifts to minimise friction; when closing, it depresses to compress the floor seal.
Door Closer: Hydraulic or spring-loaded designs ensure the cold storage door automatically springs shut after personnel pass through, reducing cold air loss.
B. Sealing & Insulation System

Pressure Relief Port / Vent:
Function: An essential component. During cold store defrosting or sudden temperature drops, air contraction creates negative pressure (preventing door opening or collapsing panels). The vent features an integrated heating element to automatically regulate internal/external pressure differentials.
Door Anti-Freeze Heating Wire: Embedded around the door frame to prevent seal adhesion from ice formation, ensuring door operability.
D. Lighting and Storage System
Cold Storage LED Lighting: IP65/IP66 waterproof and dustproof rating, instant start-up, flicker-free operation, and low-temperature resistant chip design ensuring significantly longer lifespan than standard fixtures.
