2. Core Functions and Characteristics

Precision Temperature Control System: Capable of maintaining constant temperatures ranging from -30°C to +30°C (with some deep-freeze models extending below -60°C). This ensures precise temperature management for frozen meats or pharmaceuticals requiring specific preservation temperatures.

Bottom Air Delivery Technology:

Principle: Cool air is uniformly distributed throughout every corner of the container via the T-bar floor at the base, forcing warm air to rise and return to the refrigeration unit for recirculation.

Advantages: Ensures uniform cooling throughout the container with no temperature dead zones.

Humidity and Gas Control:

Dehumidification Function: Reduces humidity levels within the container to prevent moisture damage and mould growth, particularly beneficial for electronic components or specific agricultural products.

Controlled Atmosphere (CA) Technology: Adjusts carbon dioxide and oxygen concentrations to effectively slow respiration in fruits and vegetables, thereby extending their shelf life.

Robust Insulated Chamber: Features high-density polyurethane foam insulation with interior walls typically constructed from food-grade stainless steel. This design significantly minimises heat exchange while facilitating easy cleaning and sterilisation, meeting stringent hygiene standards.
