2. Core Components

A complete cold storage system comprises three principal elements:
2.1 High-Efficiency Insulation System
PU Polyurethane Sandwich Panels: Manufactured using high-pressure foaming technology with a density of 40-42kg/m³. Featuring double-sided colour-coated steel or stainless steel cladding, these panels deliver exceptional thermal insulation and mechanical strength.
Connection Method: Unique cam-lock connection design enables rapid installation with tight sealing, eliminating thermal bridging.
Fire Rating: Optional B1/B2 grade flame-retardant material (PIR) compliant with fire safety regulations.
Cold Store Doors: Configured with sliding doors, hinged doors, or free-swinging anti-collision doors according to passage requirements. Equipped with anti-freeze heating wires and internal emergency escape devices to ensure safety.
2.2 Robust Refrigeration System
Outdoor Units: Configurable with packaged condensing units (for small-to-medium facilities) or screw parallel units (for large logistics warehouses). Premium brands include Bitzer, Copeland, and Danfoss.
Indoor Evaporators:
Unit Coolers: DD/DL/DJ series high-efficiency unit coolers with extended reach and rapid heat exchange.
Aluminium Pipe Coils: Suitable for moisture-sensitive goods (e.g., stored ice, fruit and vegetables), offering minimal temperature differential and low moisture loss.
2.3 Smart Control System
PLC/Microcontroller Control: Precise temperature regulation with error tolerance within ±0.5°C.
Remote Monitoring (IoT): Supports mobile app/computer access for remote viewing of temperature curves, alarm logs, and operational status, enabling true unattended operation.
